Have you been searching for that perfect horse? The horse that doesn’t exist? Well we have that perfect horse and yes he does exist. Let me introduce to you THE LION KING aka Eddie. Eddie is 8 years young, stands a solid 15.1 and weighs 1200 lbs. he has all the color, size, disposition and conformation you could ask for, not to mention his long lushes mane, tail and his feathers are remarkable Eddie has been with our family since early spring. He has been through all of our courses and training. Eddie is an absolute unicorn. He has been trail ridden all over ohio and surrounding states. Anybody who can sit in the saddle can ride Eddie. He crosses any obstacle in his path such as mud holes, fallen trees, water puddles, creeks, etc. he is extremely sure footed being very careful going up and down really steep terrain. Eddie stand to be saddled, bridled, mounted, dismounted, brushed, bathed,clipped and every farrier loves him. He is very easy to catch in the pasture, he absolutely loves to be pampered and enjoys all the attention he can get. If Eddie could live inside our house he absolutely would. Eddie will has a nice walk a very gorgeous trot and a beautiful cantor. He catches both leads with ease has a great head set and will absolutely slide like a reining horse on his butt. We have done anything and everything on Eddie. We have carried the American flag at rodeos, ropes calves, steers, he has done mounted shooting and has done re-enactments as. We absolutely love Eddie he is everyone’s favorite horse when they come to our farm. He is safe for any level rider from our 2 year old daughter to our elderly grandparents. He never has never had a bad attitude nor will he ever do anything out of the way. He is a true gentleman no matter what he doing. He gets along with all of our horses mare or geldings and all of our cattle. Eddie also rides English and has been over the jumps and been locally shown. Eddie is 100% sound with no bad habits or vices. We have enjoyed having Eddie around our farm he has truly been a blessing for our family to have now it’s his time to make another family as happy as ours.
