I would like to introduce you to Emily or Em as we call her for short. This stunning mare is registered with the Friesian Blood Horse Society. She is 8 years old and stands 16.2hh. She is jet black with just a tiny bit of white on her forehead and all the mane tail and feathering one would expect! She has a correct and uphill build with strong bones and solid hooves. Her personality, conformation and blood lines make her a stellar candidate to breed. She is open and is selling that way. Emily has 3 wonderful elastic gaits, a smooth walk, a floaty trot and a rocking horse canter. She carries herself with elegance and grace both under saddle and in harness. She has the type of movement that is just natural, you will not have to spend time producing it. She’s a very quiet and smooth ride. She comes equipped with excellent transitions both upward and down. She has basic dressage training and is schooling 1st level moves. She will also ride out in the field, woods, thru water and down the road. We have enjoyed a few hunter paces with her as well. Emily also knows how to jump and will march around hunter courses both inside and out. She is also well broke to drive. She’s seen many country roads and is traffic safe. She has lots of training under her belt. She’s the type that can sit 6 months and you can hop on and go with no worries. I can’t say enough great things about her!
